Fire and Leakage Protection

Fire and water damage can quickly result in significant costs and severely disrupt business operations in the office. With FireProtect Plus, you can rely on a combination detector that responds to rising smoke and sudden temperature increases. As soon as signs of a fire are detected, the detector will trigger an internal siren and send a push notification to your smartphone simultaneously. If desired, the system can also alert your emergency call center directly. Thanks to the integrated test button, you can check the device's functionality yourself at any time, eliminating the need for external service providers.

To protect your system from costly water damage, add a highly sensitive moisture detector with LeaksProtect Plus. Place it in critical areas, such as under water pipes, next to coffee machines, or in the server room. Even a tiny drop will trigger an immediate warning. With the Ajax app, you can quickly determine where the leak occurred and automatically activate connected solenoid valves or pumps to stop the water supply or pump out the liquid.

Both detectors can be used flexibly. Either as wireless radio devices with a battery life of up to seven years or - for larger properties and long-term installations - wired via Fibra. In either case, they seamlessly integrate into your Ajax hub, ensuring you are informed and can react quickly in any situation.

In the hectic everyday life of an office, switching between meetings, receiving customers, and leaving must function just as smoothly as your security concept. With Ajax access control and automation modules, you can save time, increase convenience, and optimize energy consumption.

Access via KeyPad Plus

The KeyPad Plus is inconspicuously mounted in the entrance area and serves as an elegant control center for your security system. Employees can authenticate themselves here using a four- to six-digit PIN, or contactlessly with DESFire®-encrypted NFC tags or key fobs. Each entry is encrypted and sent to the control center via the secure Jeweller protocol. In normal operation, the backlighting illuminates discreetly. In the event of an alarm, the display lights up red and signals the need for immediate action.
It is particularly practical that you can create your own access codes for external service providers and simply delete them after use.

Mobile arming with SpaceControl

The SpaceControl wireless key fob is the perfect solution for those who are often on the go or rarely pass by the entrance. With its four programmable buttons, you can easily switch between "armed", "disarmed", "night mode," and "panic alarm" modes without needing an app. The integrated panic button can be used to trigger a silent alarm, which will inform your security center or colleagues and include location data.

Smart relays for lights, air conditioning, and shutters

When all employees have left the building, a relay module automatically switches off the printer, coffee machine, and floor lamps. This low-voltage relay is ideal for controlling low-voltage devices, such as garage door openers, when the last colleague leaves the office. The WallSwitch, on the other hand, is installed invisibly in a flush-mounted box behind every outlet and can directly switch loads of up to 3 kW. It measures power consumption, interrupts the mains in the event of overcurrent, and allows you to schedule shut-off times. This saves electricity and reduces the risk of fire due to forgotten high-power devices.

Use the Smart Socket

The Ajax Socket is ideal for flexible devices, such as printers, kettles, and mobile air conditioners. Simply plug it into an existing socket to measure energy consumption in real time. With the app, you can set schedules or switch individual devices on and off with the touch of a button. This allows you to automate processes, such as automatically turning off the bedside lamp or setting the coffee machine to start brewing at a specific time.

Automated Scenarios for Greater Efficiency

In the Ajax app, you can link all the mentioned modules to scenarios. For instance, you can program the lights in the foyer to dim, the shutters to close, and the heating to turn down as soon as the system is armed after 7 p.m. When the cleaning staff enters the building after work, the KeyPad Plus's scanned NFC tag ensures that only the designated area remains active while all other zones remain protected.
