AJAX DoorProtect G3 Fibra
Wired opening, shock and tilt detector
With the new DoorProtect G3 Fibra, Ajax is finally launching a Grade 3 wired opening, shock and tilt detector. This detector is equipped with two reed switches, an acceleration sensor to detect opening, impact and tilt change and a magnetometer to protect against magnetic spoofing. It is therefore the ideal choice for securing high-risk facilities such as jewelry and gun stores, banks, medical laboratories, ATMs and other facilities that require a Grade 3 security level.
Areas of application would be, for example:
- Doors
- Shop windows
- Panorama and skylights
- Gun cabinets
- Safes
Reed switch
Equipped with two high-quality reed switches, the detector works regardless of whether the magnet is attached to the right or left side. The reed switch has a service life of more than 1,000,000 openings. Located in plastic capsules, they remain intact even if the detector is dropped, improperly transported or stored.
Magnetometer
The built-in magnetometer prevents sabotage by recording and storing the data of the local magnetic field during calibration. This allows the sensor to identify the installed magnet and trigger an alarm whenever the magnetic field changes.
Accelerometer
Thanks to the integrated acceleration sensor, intrusions can be detected immediately by reacting to vibrations. You can choose between three sensitivity levels to suit your needs. To avoid false alarms when opening windows for ventilation, the acceleration sensor can also be set to a certain angle of inclination of the window or door.
The new DoorProtect G3 Fibra is rounded off with additional sensors that offer maximum protection and a doorbell function that signals the opening of a door when the system is deactivated.
